These are my commitment to a buyer:

  1. At the start of the process, I will ask numerous questions to understand your lifestyle, what you’re looking for in a house, and your priorities.
  2. Educate you about thte neighborhoods.
  3. Set you up with automatic email alerts.
  4. Provide you with Sunday Open House List.
  5. Attend broker tours and report back about homes that are suitable.
  6. Research the property for you.
  7. Provide you with statistics (number of sales and active listings in the area).
  8. Discuss the pros and the cons of the property and neighborhood.
  9. Provide you with loan consultant referrals. (A loan consultant can help you determine your range of affordability and provide you with a pre-approval letter.)
  10. Review disclosure packets of property you want to purchase.
  11. Put together the most effective offer
  12. Present the offer on your behalf to the listing agent.
  13. Open escrow on your accepted offer.
  14. Be present for all home inspections.
  15. Be present at the escrow signing.
  16. Present you with the house keys.
  17. Provide you with service referrals, i.e., plumbers, roofers, painters, etc.
  18. Provide you with a copy of purchase documents.
  19. Always be available for any questions you have about your property.
