- Set you up with automatic email alerts.
- Provide you with Sunday Open House List.
- Attend broker tours and report back about homes that are suitable.
- Research the property for you.
- Provide you with statistics (number of sales and active listings in the area).
- Discuss the pros and the cons of the property and neighborhood.
- Provide you with loan consultant referrals. (A loan consultant can help you determine your range of affordability and provide you with a pre-approval letter.)
- Review disclosure packets of property you want to purchase.
- Put together the most effective offer
- Present the offer on your behalf to the listing agent.
- Open escrow on your accepted offer.
- Be present for all home inspections.
- Be present at the escrow signing.
- Present you with the house keys.
- Provide you with service referrals, i.e., plumbers, roofers, painters, etc.
- Provide you with a copy of purchase documents.
- Always be available for any questions you have about your property.
