Renovation:
My husband and I had a delightful (and challenging) experience of purchasing a fixer upper and converting it into a duplex with an in-law. We were hands-on throughout the entire process from working with an architect and pulling permits to dealing with contractors for plumers, roofing, foundation, electrical, asabesetos removal, heating, flooring, etc. As a result, I have a wealth of information and experirence regarding renovation and creating additional units.
